We currently service real estate located near the center and around the city of Athens, as well as Thessaloniki. We plan to expand to more areas soon.

What does my property need to have for Vesta to take over?

VESTA only undertakes whole houses / apartments or detached houses. Your property must feature the following:

  • Furniture
  • Heating
  • Air Conditioning
  • Hot water supply
  • Storage areas
  • Kitchen
  • Refridgerator
  • Basic kitchen items
  • Fast internet
  • Television
  • Waching machine
  • First Aid kit
  • Fire extinguisher

What are short-term rental platforms and why should I choose them over long-term leasing?

These platforms allow you to price your property in a completely different way compared to pricing for a long term tenant. They are extremely popular worldwide and they are reliable. In a nutshell, it’s a safe, easy and simple way to increase revenue from your property.

Will it always be fully occupied?

No one can guarantee 100% occupancy, however the Vesta optimisation team is constantly working towards increasing quality bookings.

What will be my involvement with my property?

You will be able to use or rent the property yourself to third parties by informing us through the special online calendar that you will have access to and will also be able to determine the rental price, always in cooperation with us. Beyond that, Vesta takes on all day-to-day responsibilities such as cleaning, changing sheets/towels, welcoming visitors and replacing everyday consumables.

What will it cost me?

For daily rates of up to 160 € our fee is 25% per booking.

If the daily rate exceeds 160 € per day, we charge 20% per booking.

The cost includes the process of registration to the Short Term Rental Property Register (effective from 31/08/2018), rental and booking postings as well as all bookkeeping on behalf of the owners. Note that VAT on real estate leases does not apply. The above applies exclusively to owners who wish to make long term use of our services. For seasonal use a separate price list applies.
