The space

Part of a building with 5 rental waterfront properties with shared garden and outdoor furniture, this 38sqm apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

It is located on semi-basement level, just a few steps below ground floor.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

The bedroom consists of a queen size bed, open clothes rail and window.

The living room features two sofas, each of them converts to a single sofa bed (90 X 200cm) which can accommodate 2 more guests and is fitted with a 32″ TV, an air-conditioning unit and window.

The kitchenette features an electric cooktop, mini refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware and crockery.

There is a 3-seater dining table.

The bathroom features a shower.

Insect screens are installed on all windows.

There is 1 air-conditioning unit in the apartment, installed in the living room.

There is a tiled patio with outdoor furniture accessed from the apartment’s entrance, offering beautiful sea views.

Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited in the property.

Guest access

A self check-in procedure is in place, whereby the keys are collected from a lockbox at the building entrance.

The area

Loutra Agia Paraskevi is a small coastal village located in the region of Halkidiki in Greece. Halkidiki is a popular tourist destination known for its stunning beaches and natural beauty. Loutra Agia Paraskevi is particularly famous for its thermal springs, which are believed to have healing properties. The village takes its name from these thermal springs, as “Loutra” means “baths” in Greek. The mineral-rich waters of the springs are known for their therapeutic qualities, and many visitors come here to enjoy spa treatments and thermal baths.

The nearby beach, Agia Paraskevi Beach, is a beautiful stretch of sand with crystal-clear waters.

The thermal baths and spa centre is 500m away. The modern centre offers Indoor-outdoor swimming pool with thermal water, Individual bathtubs, Sprinklers, Hydro massage, Steam bath and Massage-physiotherapy.

Dive Greece, a diving service provider certified by the Greek Port Authorities, is 100m from the accommodation. Dive Greece can legally offer high quality recreational and full diving services in Greece (train divers, organize and lead dives and rent equipment).

In terms of activities, apart from relaxing on the beach and enjoying the thermal baths, visitors can explore the surrounding area. Nearby attractions include the traditional village of Kassandrino, the Sani Marina with its upscale shops and restaurants, and the ancient city of Olynthos, which has well-preserved archaeological ruins.

Nea Skioni is 6 mins drive and Pefkohori on the other side of the peninsula is just 10 kms.
