The space

Part of a building with 4 rental water front properties with shared garden and outdoor furnitures, this 50sqm apartment is stylishly furnished and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

The bedroom consists of a queen size bed, open wardrobe and has access to the balcony.

The living room features two comfortable sofas, one of them converts to a double sofa bed which can accommodate 2 more guests and is fitted with a 32″ TV, an air-conditioning unit and has access to a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxing sea views.

The kitchen features an electric cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.

There is a 4 seater dining table.

The bathroom features a shower.

Insect screens are installed on all doors and windows.

A beach umbrella is provided.

There is a private balcony with outdoor furniture, offering outstading sea views.

There is free parking on the street, which is very safe.

The thermal baths and spa centre is 500m away. The modern centre offers Indoor-outdoor swimming pool with thermal water, Individual bathtubs, Sprinklers, Hydro massage, Steam bath and Massage-physiotherapy.

Dive Greece, a diving service provider certified by the Greek Port Authorities, is 100m from the accommodation. Dive Greece can legally offer high quality recreational and full diving services in Greece (train divers, organize and lead dives and rent equipment).

Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited in the property.

A self check-in procedure is in place, whereby the keys are collected from a lockbox at the building entrance.

The area

Τα Λουτρά Αγίας Παρασκευής είναι ένα μικρό παραθαλάσσιο χωριό που βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Χαλκιδικής, στην Ελλάδα. Η Χαλκιδική είναι ένας δημοφιλής τουριστικός προορισμός γνωστός για τις εκπληκτικές παραλίες και τη φυσική ομορφιά της. Τα Λουτρά Αγίας Παρασκευής φημίζονται ιδιαίτερα για τις ιαματικές πηγές τους, που πιστεύεται ότι έχουν θεραπευτικές ιδιότητες. Το χωριό πήρε το όνομά του από αυτές τις ιαματικές πηγές. Τα πλούσια σε μεταλλικά στοιχεία νερά των πηγών είναι γνωστά για τις θεραπευτικές τους ιδιότητες και πολλοί επισκέπτες έρχονται εδώ για να απολαύσουν περιποιήσεις σπα και ιαματικά λουτρά.

Η κοντινή παραλία, η παραλία της Αγίας Παρασκευής, διαθέτει όμορφη αμμουδιά με κρυστάλλινα νερά.

Τα ιαματικά λουτρά και το κέντρο σπα είναι 500μ. μακριά. Το σύγχρονο κέντρο προσφέρει εσωτερική-εξωτερική πισίνα με ιαματικό νερό, ατομικές μπανιέρες, ψεκαστήρες, υδρομασάζ, ατμόλουτρο και μασάζ-φυσιοθεραπεία.

Το Dive Greece, ένας πάροχος καταδυτικών υπηρεσιών πιστοποιημένος από τις Ελληνικές Λιμενικές Αρχές, απέχει 100μ. από το κατάλυμα. Το Dive Greece μπορεί νόμιμα να προσφέρει υψηλής ποιότητας ψυχαγωγικές και πλήρεις καταδυτικές υπηρεσίες στην Ελλάδα (εκπαιδεύει δύτες, οργανώνει και οδηγεί καταδύσεις και ενοικιάζει εξοπλισμό).

Όσον αφορά τις δραστηριότητες, εκτός από τη χαλάρωση στην παραλία και την απόλαυση των ιαματικών λουτρών, οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να εξερευνήσουν τη γύρω περιοχή. Τα κοντινά αξιοθέατα περιλαμβάνουν το παραδοσιακό χωριό Κασσανδρινό, τη μαρίνα Sani με τα πολυτελή καταστήματα και εστιατόρια και την αρχαία πόλη της Ολύνθου, η οποία έχει καλοδιατηρημένα αρχαιολογικά ερείπια.

Η Νέα Σκιώνη απέχει 6 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο και το Πευκοχώρι στην άλλη πλευρά της χερσονήσου είναι μόλις 10 χλμ.
