The space

Part of a building with 4 rental waterfront properties with shared garden and outdoor furniture, this 50sqm apartment is stylishly furnished and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

The bedroom consists of a queen size bed, open wardrobe and has access to the balcony.

The living room features two comfortable sofas, one of them converts to a double sofa bed which can accommodate 2 more guests and is fitted with 32″ TV, an air-conditioning unit and has access to a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy relaxing sea views.

The kitchen features an electric cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, espresso coffee machine, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.

There is a 4 seater dining table.

The bathroom features a shower.

Insect screens are installed on all doors and windows.

A beach umbrella is provided.

There is a private balcony with outdoor furniture, offering outstading sea views.

There is free parking on the street, which is very safe.

The thermal baths and spa centre is 500m away. The modern centre offers Indoor-outdoor swimming pool with thermal water, Individual bathtubs, Sprinklers, Hydro massage, Steam bath and Massage-physiotherapy.

Dive Greece, a diving service provider certified by the Greek Port Authorities, is 100m from the accommodation. Dive Greece can legally offer high quality recreational and full diving services in Greece (train divers, organize and lead dives and rent equipment).

Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited in the property.
