The ground floor consists of the living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
The large balcony is shaded and has an outdoor dining table set to enjoy a family meal or relax in the morning and evenings, enjoying the magnificent views.
The landscaped garden features outdoor furniture to relax in the morning/evenings and plenty of space for the children to run and play.
There is a shared children playground with pool, swings and small football ground.
Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, open clothes rail, ceilling fan and accesses a balcony with unlimited forest views.
Bedroom 2 consists of a loft (bunk) bed, large wardrobe and accesses a balcony with unlimited green surroundings and sea views .
The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed which can accomodate 2 more guests, 32″ smart TV, dining table with 4 chairs and A/C unit.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven with stovetop, refrigerator, espresso & filter coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchenware and crockery for easy family meal preparations.
The 2 bathrooms feature a shower.
There is WIFI internet connection (unlimited).
There are insects screens on the windows/doors.
There is one air-conditioning unit which cools the maisonette sufficiently and one portable fan in the 1st floor bedroom.
There is private parking on-site for 2 cars.
Guest access
A self check-in procedure is in place, whereby the keys are collected from a lockbox at the building entrance.

All amenities including supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, cafes, shops are a short 5′ minutes drive. The beach is located just 1.2 kms away.
Hanioti is a picturesque tourist resort with pedestrian streets, great beaches and green parks where children can play and families can enjoy moments of peace and tranquility. During summertime, the streets in the center of Hanioti become a sidewalk, where you can enjoy a relaxing evening stroll, or sit in one of the numerous taverns, restaurants, bars or cafes. Hanioti is one of the busiest regions of Halkidiki and it is ideal for family vacations, athough there are also a lot of bars and clubs where you can party all night.
