The space

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, located on the 2nd floor of a 3-level building.

There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is accessible by stairs.

The 2 large private balconies are shaded, there is an outdoor 4-seater dining table set to enjoy a family meal or relax in the morning and evenings, surrounded by the magnificent views.

The communal landscaped garden (shared with the other apartments in the complex) features outdoor furniture to relax in the morning/evenings and plenty of space for the children to run and play.

The bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobe and accesses a balcony with unlimited green views. The bedroom features a ceiling fan.

There is an open plan living room/kitchen with 2 comfortable double sofa beds, TV, dining table with 4 chairs, an A/C unit and ceiling fan.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features an electric oven with stovetop, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, electric kettle, kitchenware and crockery for easy family meal preparations.

There are 2 ceilling fans in the apartment, one in the living room and one in the bedroom.

There is one air-conditioning unit which cools the apartment sufficiently, it is located in the living room.

The bathroom features a shower.

There is WIFI internet connection (unlimited).

There is a private washing machine in the apartment.

There is private parking on-site for 1 car.

A communal outdoor shower is available to have a quick shower after a day at the beach.

Pets are allowed after arrangement.

Hanioti is a picturesque tourist resort with pedestrian streets, great beaches and green parks where children can play and families can enjoy moments of peace and tranquility. During summertime, the streets in the center of Hanioti become a sidewalk, where you can enjoy a relaxing evening stroll, or sit in one of the numerous taverns, restaurants, bars or cafes. Hanioti is one of the busiest regions of Halkidiki and it is ideal for family vacations, athough there are also a lot of bars and clubs where you can party all night.
