A 2-bedroom maisonette in a beautiful seafront location in Mendi (near Poseidi), overlooking the beach with clear blue waters, offering outstanding sea views. With 75sqm of living space and modern décor/design, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air-conditioning, washing machine, free unlimited WIFI internet and private parking, the property is close to all main amenities and offers a quiet and relaxing holiday stay.

The space

The elegantly decorated maisonette is built on 2 levels, has two bedrooms and is part of a property complex, which is located in front of the sea, on extensive grounds covered by lawn.

The views out to the sea from the front balcony of the maisonette are outstanding.

The maisonette sleeps up to 4 guests, but can also accommodate 2 children (extra) on the living room sofa-bed (on request only).

The first bedroom features a large double bed, a TV (32”), a wardrobe and air-conditioning. This bedroom has access to a balcony which offers sea views.

The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, air-conditioning and accesses a shaded balcony with garden views.

The living room is fitted with a sofa, a flat screen TV (43”) and a ceiling fan. The living room has access to a stone paved terrace, offering panoramic sea views. There are outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the view and the cool breeze in the evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with a hob/cooktop, a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster, coffee machine, an electric kettle, kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation. There is a dining table with chairs.

The modern bathroom features a shower. A private washing machine is available for the guests.

There is a WC.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is available for use.

A baby high-chair is available

2 sunbeds and beach umbrella can be provided free for guest use.

Free on-site parking is available for one vehicle.

The name of the house ‘Delfini’ relates to the fact that dolphins can be viewed in the sea in the area around the 15th of August each year.

Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed!

Guest access

A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary hygiene measures. The team member will hand over house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc.

Communication

We give our guests space but are there if needed.
Our team will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to our guests by phone, throughout their stay.

The area

The property’s location on the beach is ideal as it combines quiet and relaxing surroundings with close proximity to amenities. A mini market can be found in Mola Kalyva at 1.5km distance. A supermarket and pharmacy are at 3.3km distance. Cafes and restaurants can be found all along the coastal drive at close proximity. Poseidi (6km), Skala Fourkas (6km), Nea Skioni (8.5km), Siviri (12.5km), can be visited in the evenings for a relaxing stroll, coffee, entertainment or dinner.

The long stretch of beach is ideal for long, relaxing walks either in the morning or late in the afternoon when the sun has started to go down and it has cooled down.

Families with children or couples will enjoy these beautiful walks, either towards Mola Kalyva or towards Mendi.
