The property is located in a beautiful setting, surrounded by pine forest and overlooking the sea.

The ground floor consists of the living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The 1st floor consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The 2nd floor consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The living room features a comfortable sofa, A/C unit, fireplace, a 44’ smart TV and access to the terrace and garden.

There is a 4-seater dining table on the terrace.

Bedroom 1 (ground floor) features a double bed, A/C unit and window.
Bedroom 2 (first floor) consists of a double bed, a sofa-bed for 1 additional guest, A/C unit, wardrobe and balcony with outdoor furniture.
Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) features a double bed, A/C unit, wardrobe and balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped to offer everything you may need for meal preparation. There is an oven/cooktop, refrigerator, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, kitchenware and crockery.

There are 3 bathrooms, each with bathtub.

There is also a private washing machine.

There is a total of 4 air-conditioning units in the house (in all 3 bedrooms and the living room).

Our guests have access to free Wi-Fi unlimited and fast internet.

A solar heating hot water system is installed at this house, which means there is hot water readily available in the bathroom and kitchen 24hrs. There is also an electric hot water system for cloudy days.

Insect screens are installed on windows and doors.

Guest access

A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, hand over the keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.

We are implementing upgraded cleaning and disinfection procedures following every check-out, while all linen and towels are professionally laundered at high temperatures. The area

The villa is located in an area of immense beauty, with pine trees and olive groves, looking out to the sea with crystal clear waters.

There are beautiful, sandy & pebble beaches in close proximity. Perigiali beach can be reached on foot at just 450m away (free beach). The beaches of Lagomandra and Elia are just 2-3 mins drive, Akti Kalogrias, Akti Koviou, Spathies beach and Agios Ioannis are about 4-6 mins drive.

There is a well stocked mini-market at Lagomandra hotel, just 3.5kms from the villa. All further amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, shops, can be found in Marmaras (10’ drive) or Nikiti (11’ drive).

The closest medical centre is located at Nikiti.

The international airport is 1hr and 20’ drive.
