The space

The 101sqm maisonette features 2 levels, has 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests.

Although part of a property complex, the house has its own private entrance and own defined, turfed garden.

The views to the bay are amazing, from both house levels.

The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen – living room area with access to a patio, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.

The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms with access to balcony and 1 bathroom with bathtub.

The fully equipped kitchen features an oven/stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and kitchenware

There is a 4-seater dining table.

The living area features comfortable sofas, a TV, an air-conditioning unit and a fireplace which adds character.

The ground floor has access to a shaded patio offering beautiful sea views. The patio has outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy a coffee, a meal or relax in the quiet evenings.

There are 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a queen size bed (160*200cm), wardrobe, a portable electric fan and accesses the balcony.
Bedroom 2 (first floor) has a queen size bed (160*200cm), wardrobe, an air-conditioning unit and accesses the balcony.
Bedroom 3 (first floor) has two single beds, wardrobe, an air-conditioning unit and accesses the balcony.

The first floor balcony has outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the fantastic views.

There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with bathtub, the other with shower

A private washing machine is available.

There are 3 air-conditioning units in the house (in 2 bedrooms and the living room).

Two portable electric fans are available for use.

Free WIFI is available to guests and there are amenities like iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Insect screens are installed on all the doors and windows.

There is free parking on site.

Unfortunately pets and parties are not allowed.

The team member will hand over house keys and provide villa specific information. The area

The property is located in the middle, between popular villages Polychrono and Hanioti, just 3 kms from each village.

The nearest beach is at 1.7km.

All amenities can be found at 5’ drive maximum.

A medical centre is available in Kallithea, at 15’ drive.

Polychrono is a very popular tourist resort attracting large number of visitors in the summer time. It has a long, “Blue Flag” awarded beach, lots of tavernas to try tasty seafood, an abundance of cafes and numerous bars along the coast road. Polychrono is also known about its pleasant nightlife.
The village is surrounded by beautiful nature, with the landscape dominated by pine forest and olive tree plantations.

Mavrobara Lake, is a site of considerable ecological interest, nearby the village. It was declared a protected natural monument in 1997 and it is the only wetland hosting both rare species of the Emydidae turtle. There are walking trails around the lake, with natural springs and lush greenery to revitalize the visitor.

Hanioti is another very popular village and picturesque tourist resort with pedestrian streets, beautiful beaches and many green parks where you and your children can play and enjoy moments of peace and tranquility. Hanioti is a busy village and ideal for family vacations. In the summer, the the streets in the centre of Hanioti close for vehicles and become a sidewalk, hosting many shops, bars, cafes, taverns and restaurants. A walk in the center of Hanioti in the evening will impress you.

The beautiful beach of the village extends down from the coastal park and features many beach bars and also watersports. On the right side of the beach is the famous beach bar Molos, which is a destination for many, since organized parties occur almost daily and feature dance music by well-known DJs.
