The apartment sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a comfortable stay to a small family. Fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited WIFI internet, air-conditioning, private balcony and shared pool. The apartment is situated in a quiet, peaceful location with quick access to all village amenities, including cafes, restaurants, taverns, bakery and pharmacy.

The space

The apartment is 40sqm in size, has 1 bedroom and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

The bedroom features a king size bed and  wardrobe.

The living room is fitted with a double sofa bed, 32″ TV and an air-conditioning unit which cools the whole apartment. The living room also accesses the balcony with amazing views to the shared pool.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/cooktop, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.

There is an outdoor dining table with 4 chairs on the veranda.

The bathroom features a shower.

There is a shared pool available in the communal area of the complex, which can be used by our guests.

The apartment offers comfortable accommodation and is suitable for a small family, couple or group of friends.

There is 1 AC unit in the living room.

Pets are welcomed! Smoking and patries on the accomodation are forbidden.

Guest access

A self check-in procedure is in place, whereby the keys are collected from a lockbox at the building entrance.

Pefkohori is a large village and second most cosmopolitan town in Kassandra after Kallithea during the summer months. You will be able to find a wide range of amenities and facilities including ATMs, post office, internet cafes, super markets, mini-markets, bakeries, an abundance of restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes and beach bars and a private doctor’s office.

The area’s beautiful beaches of Glarokavos, Hrousou are at 10’ drive. Hanioti and Polychrono are also at 10’ drive.

The city of Thessaloniki is 110kms, the international airport is 95kms away (1hr 05’ drive),
