A spacious 3-bdrm maisonette on 2 levels, offering green surroundings and landscape views. The property has its own garden and is located 1km to Kryopigi village. Kryopigi beach is just 300m via steep footpath or 4′ drive. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave oven, bathroom with bathtub, WC with shower head, private washing machine, air-conditioning (3 units), WIFI internet and private parking, the house can offer a most comfortable stay to a family or group of friends.

The space 

The 100 sqm maisonette can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests in 3 bedrooms.

The maisonette has its own private garden and is located just 300m via steep path to the nearest beach or 4′ drive via road. The property is 1km from Kryopigi village

The house has two levels:

The ground floor consists of the living room with A/C, the kitchen and one WC (with shower head).

The 1st floor consists of the 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub. There is air-conditioning in two of the bedrooms.

The living room is fitted with a sofa, armchairs, TV, fireplace and an air-conditioning unit.

The ground floor level has access to a private patio leading to the private, turfed garden, with outdoor furniture to enjoy quiet and relaxing evenings and for the kids to run around and play.

The private, tiled patio features a 6-seater outdoor dining table.

There is a 2nd shaded patio at the back of the house, with a 4-seater settee and an outdoor ceiling fan.

The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven/cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso and filter coffee machines, toaster and kitchenware.

The kitchen also features a small dining table with chairs.

Bedroom 1 (master bedroom) has a queen size bed, wardrobe, air-conditioning, TV and access to balcony.

Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed which converts to a double bed, wardrobe and window.

Bedroom 3 has a single bed, air-conditioning and access to balcony.

There is a total of 3 air-conditioning units in the maisonette.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is available.

There is a private washing machine.

Insect screens are installed on windows and doors.

Pets are welcome (rules apply).

There is free parking on site.

The area

The property is located in an ideal position, just 1 km away from the nearest village, Kryopigi where basic amenities can be found for your everyday needs, plus numerous traditional taverns and cafes.

The beach is a short walk away, at 300m distance via a footpath which is steep and uphill on the return, due to the property’s elevated position. The beach is a comfortable 4mins drive via road (1km distance).

All further amenities, including supermarket, sandy beach and nightlife can be found in the major village of Kallithea, only 8mins drive from the property.

Kryopigi:

Kryopigi is a traditional village ideal for family vacations, surrounded by beautiful nature and pine trees, amphitheatrically built on the slopes of a hill with a pebble beach at its base. Kryopigi’s beach has been awarded with Blue Flags, for its crystal clear waters.

The village features many taverns where you can try well known traditional Greek delicacies, souvenir shops with folk art products or local produce stores with olives, olive oil, fruits or honey.

Kallithea:

Kallithea means “good view” in Greek and once you are here, you will understand why! The village is surrounded by pine forest, while its most beautiful asset is the wonderful turquoise sea and the beach with the fine sand ideal for families with small children. At the same time, the village has an abundance of cafes and bars which also attract the younger visitors.

In the summertime, the village of Kallithea is considered to be one of the largest shopping centres in Halkidiki. The pedestrian zones are full of shops with souvenirs, clothes and other items as well as banks, post office, travel agencies, car rental offices and even go-kart racing.

Modern Kallithea is a must-go spot, especially for young people and those who enjoy the lively nightlife and clubbing. The most popular nightclubs in Halkidiki are located 1,5 km away from Kallithea, on the road towards Pefkohori.

Aside from being the most cosmopolitan area in Kassandra, Kallithea has an important place in history, evidenced by the Sanctuary of Ammon Zeus which is one of the most important temples in Halkidiki.

Worth visiting are:

* The small Byzantine church of 10th century located above the cave of the Nymphs.

* An early Christian basilica of exceptional interest dating back to 6th century, at the location of “Solinas”.

* The chapel of St. Panteleimon in Russian style, built in 1865.
