The space
The apartment is 60sqm in size and sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms.
The apartment features a private, turfed garden of 150sqm.
The sea views from the garden and the living room are truly amazing.
Both bedrooms feature a double bed and window with garden views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with mini-oven/cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation.
The open-plan living room is fitted with two single sofa beds, a 32’’ smart TV, air-conditioning unit and has access to a veranda and the garden with sea views.
There is 1 air-conditioning unit installed in the living room. We have found that due to the property’s countryside location and sea breeze in the evenings, no further air-conditioning is required. One portable electric fan is available in the apartment.
The bathroom features a shower.
There is a private washing machine.
Free WIFI internet is available for our guests.
Insect screens are installed on windows and doors.
An outdoor dining table with chairs is available on the veranda.
A portable BBQ is available for our guests to use (please refer to rules).
Free, private parking (2 spaces) is available within the property complex.
The property is close to all the magnificent beaches of the area.
Guest access
A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary hygiene measures. The team member will hand over house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc.
Communication
We give our guests space but are available when needed.
Our team are readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to our guests by phone, throughout their stay.

The property is close to all the magnificent beaches of the area (Liosi beach and Pounta beach at 7min drive).
Our guests also have access to the private beach area (not organised) of a neighbouring 5* hotel.
All amenities are within 3kms from the property, including petrol station, mini-market and an abundance of cafes and restaurants.
The property is just 5’ drive from Afytos village, where main amenities such as mini-market, bakery, pharmacy and shops can be found.
Major village and popular resort Kallithea is just 7’ drive, where super-markets can be found, plus medical centre, an abundance of cafes and restaurants and night life. Kallithea also has a sandy, shallow beach, very popular for families with children.
