A large, 4-bdrm independent villa of 160sqm set on an extensive private land of 3000sqm, offering beautiful sea and green landscape views. With 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms, the villa sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for a group of two or three families who wish to enjoy a comfortable holiday together. At just 350m from Mendi beach (non organised) the villa is a short drive to Kalandra (3mins), Skala Fourkas (5mins) and Nea Skioni (7mins).

The space

A comfortable and fully equipped villa built on 2 levels, accommodating up to 10 guests. The villa is set on a private, green land plot of 3000sqm.

The beautiful, relaxing views to the surrounding forest and out to the sea will amaze you.

The villa consists of 2 independent, fully equipped apartments, one on the ground floor and the other on first floor.

The ground floor is 60sqm and consists of 1 bedroom (open-plan), living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom.

The first floor is 100sqm and features 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom.

Both modern kitchens are fully equipped with electrical appliances, including oven/cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, kitchenware and crockery to facilitate preparation of family meals. The 1st floor kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave oven.

A dining table with chairs is available on both floors.

Both living room areas feature a TV, sofa bed and plenty of seating space to accommodate all guests. The 1st floor living room features a 55’ TV with NETFLIX connection.

A TV set is available in 3 of the bedrooms.

A working desk with chair is available in one of the bedrooms.

There are 2 air-conditioning units, one in each living room. The property’s countryside location, airy feel and evening sea breeze, have not made the use of more A/C units necessary, so far.

4 ceiling fans are installed (in all 1st floor bedrooms and in the ground floor living room).

Both bathrooms feature a shower.

A washing machine is available for our guests’ convenience.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

Families with infants are welcome and the property provides a baby bed (playpen).

Insect screens are installed on windows.

The garden area of the property is perfect for families to relax. Outdoor furniture is available in the garden and on the terrace and balcony.

There is an outdoor, shaded BBQ, plus a covered sitting area with a large dining table for guests to enjoy a BBQ meal.

There is private, on-site parking for 3 cars.

Guest access

This is an independant villa on private land, guests have full access to the entire property.

Communication

We give our guests space but are available when needed.
Our team are readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to our guests by phone, throughout their stay.

The area

The property’s location just 350m to the beach and surrounded by forest and beautiful green landscape is ideal, as it combines a quiet and relaxing environment with close proximity to amenities. A mini market can be found in Mola Kalyva at 2.5km distance. A supermarket, pharmacy, an abundance of cafes and restaurants and other amenities can be found in main hubs such as Skala Fourkas (5km) and Nea Skioni (9.5km). Poseidi is at 5km. Siviri (12km), can be visited in the evenings for a relaxing stroll, coffee, entertainment or dinner.

Cafes and restaurants can be found all along the coastal drive at close proximity.

The long stretch of beach near the property is ideal for long, relaxing walks either in the morning or late in the afternoon when the sun has started to set and it has cooled down. Families with children or couples will enjoy these beautiful walks, either towards Mola Kalyva or towards Mendi.
