The villa has a private garden and is located in the area of Poseidi, Chalkidiki, an area of abundant natural beauty. There is a communal pool, shared with the other properties in the complex. Set in a quiet location with close proximity to amenities, the villa is a 2min drive to the nearest sandy beach. Elegantly decorated and furnished, the villa is fully equipped to provide a most unforgettable stay to our guests.
The space
The 122sqm luxurious maisonette can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
The villa has two levels:
The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with large bathtub. There is air-conditioning in the hall.
The 1st floor consists of the living room with A/C, dining area, the kitchen and 2nd bathroom with shower
The modern living room is fitted with two comfortable sofas, a 43’’ smart TV and an air-conditioning unit.
The ground floor level has access to a private patio leading to the private garden, with outdoor furniture to enjoy quiet and relaxing evenings and space for the kids to run around and play.
There is another turfed shady garden at the back of the house with outdoor furniture.
The outdoor area offers sea views and views of the green surroundings.
There is a shared pool (with the other maisonettes in the complex).
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven/cooktop, refrigerator, filter coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware. There is a 4-seater dining table.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a king – size bed, wardrobe and has access to the balcony with unlimited sea and forest views.
Bedroom 2 (ground floor) has a queen – size bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 (ground floor) has 2 single beds and has also access to the balcony.
There is a total of 2 air-conditioning units in the villa, one in the living room and one on the 1st floor.
Free unlimited WIFI internet is available.
There is a private washing machine.
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted. Smoking and parties at the accomodation are strictly forbidden.
There is free parking for 3 vehicles.
There are insect screens in the maisonette.
Guest access
A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary hygiene measures. The team member will hand over house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc.
Communication
We give our guests space but are available when needed.
Our team are readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to our guests by phone, throughout their stay.

The property is 1.1 kms away from the beautiful sandy Poseidi beach and 5min drive away from Aigaiopelagitika where many beach bars are located.
A super market is at 2’ mins drive, while the nearest towns Kalandra and Poseidi with cafes and restaurants are a 5’ drive.
Further amenities can be found at Skala Fourkas, which is 10’ drive.
