The living room is fitted with comfortable sofas and fireplace, 32″ smart TV and an air-conditioning unit which cools the whole apartment. The living room also accesses the balcony.

There is a sofa bed which can accommodate 1 more guest.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop,oven, espresso coffee machine, refrigerator, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for easy meal preparation.

There is a dining table with 3 stools.

The bathroom features a shower and private washing machine.

An outdoor 6-seater table is available on the balcony to enjoy relaxing summer days.

There is 1 A/C unit in the living room, which cools/heats sufficiently the whole apartment and 2 electric portable fans in each bedroom.

Pefkohori is a large village and second most cosmopolitan town in Kassandra after Kallithea during the summer months. You will be able to find a wide range of amenities and facilities including ATMs, post office, internet cafes, super markets, mini-markets, bakeries, an abundance of restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes and beach bars and a private doctor’s office.

The area’s beautiful beaches of Glarokavos, Hrousou are at 10’ drive. Hanioti and Polychrono are also at 10’ drive.

The city of Thessaloniki is 110kms, the international airport is 95kms away (1hr 05’ drive).

A medical centre is available in Kallithea, at 20’ drive.
