A two level, 2-bedroom maisonette located near Pefkohori (5kms away) and 1,1kms to Glarokavos beach. The house sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a comfortable stay to a small family. Fully equipped kitchen, free unlimited WIFI internet, full air-conditioning, bathroom & WC, 2 private balconies and turfed garden with outdoor furniture. The maisonette is situated in a quiet, peaceful location with quick access to all village amenities, including cafes, restaurants, taverns, bakery and pharmacy.

The space

The maisonette is 80sqm in size, has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

It is part of the ‘Vigla’ complex.

The ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen and WC.

The first floor features 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, large wardrobe and A/C unit.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, large wardrobe and A/C unit.

The living room is fitted with comfortable sofa, 32″ TV and and an air-conditioning unit. The living room also accesses the balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.

There is a dining table with 4 chairs, both indoors and outdoors on the veranda to enjoy forest and sea views.

There are 2 private balconies with outdoor furniture, one on the front side and one in on the back.

The bathroom features a shower. There is also a WC.

There is a private washing machine available.

There ia a total of 3 A/C units in the maisonette, one in the living room and one in each bedroom.

There is a private turfed garden 20sqm for kids to run and play.

Pets are welcome, after arrangement. Smoking and parties are strictly forbidden.

There are insect screens in the maisonette.

The maisonette offers comfortable accommodation and is suitable for a small family, couple or group of friends.

Guest access

A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary hygiene measures. The team member will hand over house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc.

Communication

We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.

The area

The house is just 1,1km to the beautiful sandy beach of Glarokavos, which is suitable for families with small children.

The maisonette is located near the village of Pefkohori, just 5kms away and about 5’ drive to all amenities, including mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, shops, cafes, restaurants, taverns and fast food outlets.

Pefkohori is a large village and second most cosmopolitan town in Kassandra after Kallithea during the summer months. You will be able to find a wide range of amenities and facilities including ATMs, post office, internet cafes, super markets, mini-markets, bakeries, an abundance of restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes and beach bars and a private doctor’s office.

The beautiful beach of Hrousou is at 5’ drive. Hanioti and Polychrono are also at 10-15’ drive.

The city of Thessaloniki is 110kms, the international airport is 95kms away (1hr 05’ drive),

A medical centre is available in Kallithea, at 20’ drive.
