The space

This luxurious, executive villa of 100sqm is part of a small complex of villas and offers a private infinity pool of 40sqm and a private garden area of 400sqm. Located in a unique setting, the villa is surrounded by pine forest and olive groves and offers unrivalled views over the blue Aegean sea.

The villa features modern, minimalistic design with clean lines, elegant pale colours and expansive windows which let in the natural light and make the most of the amazing views.

There are 2 levels of living space.
The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen-living area and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The living room with comfortable sofa features a large flat screen smart TV (43’’) with Netflix subscription and YouTube and air-conditioning. This level accesses the terrace and pool deck with the 30cm pergola providing shade to the 6-seater outdoor dining table and the outdoor lounge seating area. There are also 6 sunbeds. The views from this level are breathtaking.

The fully equipped modern kitchen features an electric oven with stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchenware and crockery for easy family meal preparations.

Each of the 3 bedrooms features an ensuite bathroom with shower, a queen size bed, wardrobe, TV and air-conditioning.

During the Covid19 pandemic, we at Vesta Philoxenia have reinforced our safety and disinfection measures and procedures in full accordance with health and hygiene protocols. We are implementing upgraded cleaning and disinfection procedures following every check-out, while all linen and towels are professionally laundered at high temperatures. The well-being, health and safety of our employees and guests remain our highest priority.

The area

The villa is located in an area of exquisite beauty, surrounded by pine trees and olive groves, looking out to the sea with crystal clear waters.

There are beautiful, sandy beaches in close proximity.

The beach of Lagomandra (700m) is just 2’ drive or 15′ walk, the beaches of Akti Kalogrias, Akti Koviou and Agios Ioannis are just 8-10’ drive.

There is a well stocked mini-market at Lagomandra hotel, just 1km from the villa (2’drive)

All further amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, shops, can be found in Marmaras (10’ drive) or Nikiti (15’ drive).

The closest medical centre is located at Nikiti.

The international airport is 1hr and 20’ drive.
