The open plan living room is fitted with a double sofa bed which can comfortably accommodate 2 more guests, TV and air-conditioning unit. The living room also access to the balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven/cooktop, refrigerator, filter coffee machine toaster, kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.

There is a dining table with 4 chairs, both indoors and outdoors on the veranda.

There are 2 A/C units in the apartment in the living room and bedroom.

The bathroom features a shower.

There is a private washing machine available.

There is a private parking place for 2 cars on the property.

The apartment offers comfortable accommodation and is suitable for a small family, couple or group of friends.

The apartment is just 500m to the beautiful sandy beach of Pefkohori, which is suitable for families with small children.

Unfortunately pets are not accepted. Smoking and parties in the accomodation are forbidden.

Pefkohori is a large village and second most cosmopolitan town in Kassandra after Kallithea during the summer months. You will be able to find a wide range of amenities and facilities including ATMs, post office, internet cafes, super markets, mini-markets, bakeries, an abundance of restaurants, fast food outlets, cafes and beach bars and a private doctor’s office.

The area’s beautiful beaches of Glarokavos, Hrousou are at 10’ drive. Hanioti and Polychrono are also at 10’ drive.

The city of Thessaloniki is 110kms, the international airport is 95kms away (1hr 05’ drive),
