The area

The maisonette is situated in a quiet and peaceful location, the perfect spot to relax surrounded by tranquil nature.

Part of a property complex, the house has an internal surface area of 47sqm on 2 levels plus loft level, features 2 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests.

The immensely beautiful surrounding landscape with pine forest will truly amaze you and will provide the setting for pure tranquility and relaxation.

There are plenty of outdoor spaces to take in the amazing views and enjoy the tranquil natural environment, including a private patio and private balcony with outdoor furniture and a lawned garden shared with 1 neighbouring maisonette occupied by the owner.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom (1 single bed, plus 1 fold up bed made available upon request) and the bathroom.

The 1st floor comprises of the living room and kitchen.

The double bedroom is situated on the loft level and features a queen size bed (160 * 200cm), wardrobe and air-conditioning unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven/cooktop, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine, kitchenware & crockery for meal preparation.

The living room is fitted with a sofa-bed (converts to a double bed 150cm width * 200cm length), a 40” smart TV and a portable electric fan. The living and kitchen access the balcony which features the outdoor 4-seater dining table. The views from this level are outstanding, overlooking the sea and pine forest.

The bathroom features a shower.

A private washing machine is available (installed in the kitchen).

There is 1 air-conditioning unit installed in the double bedroom and a portable electric fan in the living room.

Insect screens are installed on windows and doors.

WIFI internet is available for our guests.

The ground floor patio on garden level features a 4-seater dining table to enjoy an alfresco meal.

There is a turfed garden (shared with 1 neighbouring maisonette occupied by the owner), ideal for children to run around and play.

Private parking is available on site.

The maisonette offers comfortable accommodation and is suitable for a small family, couple or group of friends.

Guest access

A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, hand over the keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.

The area

The house is located between the villages Siviri and Fourka, also close to Afytos, Kallithea, Kassandrino etc., offering several options for eating, drinking and nightlife experiences. The visitors could also enjoy the Festival of Kassandra, in the scenic open-air theatre of Siviri, located about 5 minutes by car from the house.

The property is just 500m from the nearest beach (non-organised) and 3kms from the centre of Skala Fourkas village, featuring beautiful sandy beaches suitable for small children and all amenities, including supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, an abundance of cafes, beach bars, restaurants and fresh fish taverns.
