The space

A comfortable and fully equipped villa built on 3 levels, accommodating up to 11 guests in 6 bedrooms. The villa is independent, with a private turfed fenced garden area of 500sqm.

The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one open-plan kitchen-dining area-living room and 1 bathroom. The first floor features 1 bedroom, one open-plan kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom and an outdoor dining area. The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms, both of which have en-suite bathrooms (2 bathrooms total on the 2nd floor).

Both modern kitchens are fully equipped with electrical appliances, including oven/cooktop, refrigerator, kitchenware and crockery to facilitate preparation of family meals and offer plenty of cupboard space. The ground floor kitchen has a dish-washer.

A dining table with chairs is available on both ground floor and 1st floor (outdoor, on the terrace).

Both living room areas feature a TV and plenty of seating space to accommodate all guests. The ground floor living room features a smart TV with NETFLIX connection.

There are air-conditioning units in both bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The ground and 1st floor levels are not air-conditioned, as the property’s countryside location, airy feel and evening sea breeze, have not made it necessary so far.

The 1st and 2nd floor levels have access to large, shaded terraces with outdoor furniture.

All bathrooms feature a shower.

A washing machine is available for our guests’ convenience.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

Families with infants are welcome and the property provides a baby bed (playpen) and high chair.

The garden area of the property is perfect for families to relax and safe for children to play, as it is fenced all around. Outdoor furniture is available in the garden.

There is an outdoor BBQ with a convenient outdoor kitchen sink, plus a wooden-pergola covered sitting area with a large dining table for guests to enjoy a BBQ meal.

There is private, covered on-site parking for 3 cars.

The beautiful, sandy local beach at Paradisos Neos Marmaras has been awarded with a blue flag  (2024).

The villa is less than 5mins walk from amenities, restaurants, cafes.
There is a large supermarket at about 100m from the property.

Pets are welcome on conditions (please refer to house rules), smoking and parties are STRICLTY NOT allowed at this property.

Guest access

A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, complying with safe distancing and precautionary hygiene measures. The team member will hand over house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc.

Communication

We give our guests space but are available when needed.
Our team are readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to our guests by phone, throughout their stay.
