The bright and airy apartment is just 30meters from the sandy beach and accommodates up to 5 guests in 2 comfortable bedrooms.
The living/dining area is fitted with sofas, a 4-seater dining table, a flat screen smart TV, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The living room has access to a stone paved covered patio of 30sqm with outdoor dining table. There is also direct access to a wonderful garden with plants, flowers, trees and a fantastic view of the sea.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven with cooktop, a refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.
The bathroom features a shower cabin.
A private washing machine is available for our guests.

The property is located near Vourvourou, Sithonia on small Karydi Bay.
The magnificent quite location overlooks Vourvourou islands and Mount Athos.
The beach, a picturesque gulf with turquoise-green waters, is located just outside the property garden gate and is ideal for swimming.
The region also offers many options with quiet and idyllic swimming areas, as well as the possibility for small boat rental rides in safe waters.
All amenities are at close proximity to the property.
There are 2 supermarkets in Vourvourou, at 500m and 1km distance. A mini-market can be found at 300m, which also sells sweets, pies, newspapers etc. Further amenities and all large chain supermarkets can be found towards or within major hub town Nikiti (17kms). A supermarket can also be found in Ormos Panagias (10kms).
A wide variety of high quality restaurants can be found in Vourvourou, Nikiti, Ormos Panagias.
