An independant, spacious summer house for 8 guests built on 2 levels, with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering exceptional nature and landscape views. The house is set on a private land of 1200sqm and is located within Fourka village, a forested area of abundant natural beauty. Set in a quiet location close to amenities, the house is a 4km drive to the nearest sandy beach. Minimally decorated and furnished, the house is fully equipped to provide a most unforgettable stay to our guests.
The space
The 120sqm house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
This comfortable summer house is set on its own private land of 1200sqm with extensive garden and outstanding forest and nature views over the surrounding valley and mountains.
The house has two levels:
The elevated ground floor consists of the living room, kitchen, one bedroom (a queen size bed) and one bathroom.
The 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
The living room is fitted with comfortable sofas, a 32’’ TV, an air-conditioning unit and a fireplace which adds character to the space.
The elevated ground floor level has access to a private veranda, with an outdoor 6-seater dining table to enjoy mealtimes and quiet and relaxing evenings taking in the beautiful nature views.
Stairs from the veranda lead to the extensive private land and garden, with grass and trees.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven/cooktop, refrigerator, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware.
There is a 4-seater dining table within the kitchen area.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 on the 1st floor have a queen size bed, a wardrobe and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4 on the 1st floor has 2 single beds and ceiling fan.
A ceiling fan is installed in all 4 bedrooms.
There is 1 air-conditioning unit in the house, installed in the living room.
The house has 2 full bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 on ground floor has a shower
Bathroom 2 on 1st floor has a bathtub
There is a private washing machine.
Free unlimited WIFI internet is available.
Insect screens are installed on windows and doors.
There is private on-site parking (within the property) for 2 vehicles.
Guest access
A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, hand over the keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.

The property is 4 kms away from the beautiful sandy beach suitable for small children and the centre of Skala Fourkas village, featuring all amenities, including supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, an abundance of cafes, beach bars, restaurants and fresh fish taverns.
The property is located in the old village of Fourka, surrounded by pine forest. There basic amenities in the village, including restaurants and cafes.
