The maisonette (1st and 2nd floor) is 128sqm in size, is stylishly furnished and elegantly decorated and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

The 2nd floor consists of 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.

Bedroom 1 features a double bed, an open wardrobe, ceiling fan and has access to the balcony.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed, large wardrobe, and is air-conditioned.

There are 2 air-conditioning units overall in the apartment, one on the livingroom and one A/C unit In the second bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features an electric cooktop and oven, refrigerator, toaster, espresso coffee machine, electric kettle, large cupboard space, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.

Neighbourhood / The area

The property’s location is advantageous, as it offers peace and quiet, with close proximity to all amenities.

Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, ATMs, a variety of shops are all within a distance of 1.3m maximum from the apartments. The bakery is 950m away. The beach is 2km away.

Agios Nikolaos is a major village in the area, with a lively atmosphere in the summer months. Narrow cobbled streets, houses with stone facades, lots of flowers and a beautiful square give Agios Nikolaos a special character. In the small square there are several taverns, a pastry shop, a pizzeria and a café. It is advisable to visit the square in the early evening, from 8 pm when it is slowly filling up with visitors, to enjoy delicious food in one of the traditional taverns. Fridays and Saturdays some taverns offer live music.
