The space

Part of a property complex, the 1-bedroom apartment is 43sqm in size, is situated on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 4 guests.

This cozy apartment promises a peaceful haven amidst the beauty of Siviri village.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed (160*200cms), ceiling fan, wardrobe, a chest of drawers, window and has access to the veranda.

The kitchenette features an electric oven with cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, plenty of cupboard space, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.

The open plan living room features a sofa which converts to a double bed, a flat screen TV, an air-conditioning unit and has access to the veranda.

The bathroom features a shower

There is a private washing machine inside the apartment for our guests’ convenience.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

The property’s privileged location means that all amenities including supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and an abundance of restaurants, taverns with fresh fish and cafes are within a comfortable 10min walk. The beautiful sandy beach is just 200m away.

There are many beach bars, where you can sunbathe, play ping pong, beach volleyball, or simply relax.

Siviri is a village in West Kassandra, 9 km from Kallithea. It is built amphitheatrically along the sandy shore. During the summer months, like every seaside village in Chalkidiki and especially in the first peninsula, Siviri is filled with Greek and foreign tourists who visit the village to swim and dine at charming seaside taverns.

Siviri is also known for the Kassandra Festival which takes place every July and August in the Amphitheater of Kassandra located outside the village, along with Sani Festival, one of the most famous art festivals held in Chalkidiki. Famous Greek and foreign singers, actors and musicians organize performances under the summer moonlight.
