The space

A luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped 3-level maisonette (on ground level, elevated ground level and 1st floor), with 2 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 guests.

Set on a hill top, the property offers sea and Nikiti village views from its elevated position.

The 62sqm house features brand new furniture and fittings and is elegantly decorated, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Nikiti beach is 2 km away, 5 mins by car.

The ground floor consists of 1 bedroom, the elevated ground level (a few steps up from ground) features the open plan kitchen and living room area and 1 bathroom, the 1st floor comprises of the other bedroom and bathroom.

Bedroom 1 features two single beds (80 * 200cm each) which can be joined together to convert to a queen size bed upon request, air-conditioning, wardrobe, a 43’’ smart TV, a working desk with chair and window.
Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed (160 * 200cm), air-conditioning, wardrobe, a 43’’ smart TV and window.

The kitchen is fully equipped including stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, espresso and filter coffee machine, toaster, electric coffee pot, kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.

There is a 4-seater dining table.

The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed (140 * 200cm bed) which can accommodate 2 more guests, a smart HDTV 43” with Netflix subscription, a soundbar, air-conditioning, board games for family fun and has access to a balcony with outdoor furniture and sea views.

2 bathrooms with shower are available in the house.

There is a patio and private balcony with outdoor furniture and outdoor 6-seater dining table to enjoy alfresco meals and views.
