The modern kitchen is designed with an island which also serves as a dining stand with 4 stools.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine and is equipped with kitchenware and crockery for meal preparation.

The open-plan living area is beautifully decorated and features a fireplace which adds character, 55’’ TV, comfortable sofas and has access to the large veranda with city views.

Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable queen size bed (160 X 200 cm) and share a large wardrobe located in the hall area.
