The maisonette has a private garden and is located in the area of Poseidi, Chalkidiki, an area of abundant natural beauty. Set in a quiet location with close proximity to amenities, the villa is a 2.5 kms drive to the nearest sandy beach. Elegantly decorated and furnished, the villa is fully equipped to provide a most unforgettable stay to our guests.
The space
The 108sqm luxurious maisonette can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
The maisonette is part of a property with 2 houses (the other house is occupied by the owner), each with own private garden, only sharing the entrance to the land plot/parking. There is no garden fence between the 2 houses.
The house has two levels:
The ground floor consists of the living room with AC, dining area, the kitchen, 1 bedroom and one WC (with shower head).
The 1st floor consists of 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom with large bathtub. There is air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms.
The modern living room is fitted with a comfortable double sofa, a 32’’ TV and an air-conditioning unit.
The ground floor level has access to a private patio leading to the private garden, with outdoor furniture to enjoy quiet and relaxing evenings and playground for the kids to run around and play.
There is another turfed shady garden at the back of the house with 4-seater outdoor furniture.
The outdoor area offers sea views and views of the green surroundings.
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven/cooktop, airfryer, refrigerator, espresso and filter coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware. There is a 6-seater dining table.
Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a queen – size bed and wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 (first floor) has a queen – size bed and chess of 5 drawers.
Bedroom 3 (1st floor) has a bunk bed and a single sofa bed.
Bedroom 4 (1st floor) has a semi – double sofa bed with desk and chair for guests who wish to study or work.
The double bedrooms have access to a balcony, which offers outstanding forest views.
There is a total of 2 air-conditioning units in the villa.
Free unlimited WIFI internet is available.
There is a private washing machine.
Pets are welcome after arrangement.
There is free parking for 4 vehicles.
Guest access
Someone will meet the guest on location.
A member of the team will meet the guest at the property, complying with safe distancing and precautionary measures against Covid-19. The team member will hand over house keys and provide villa specific information. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.
