The space

Situated on the ground floor of a villa set on private land plot of 2000sqm, the suite- apartment sleeps 4 guests.

The suite features its own private entrance and private patio and is completely independent from the villa.

The suite shares the extensive land plot of 2000sqm with the owners of the villa and has private and exclusive use of the BBQ area with outdoor 6-seater dining table.

The property is built in an area of outstanding natural beauty, surrounded by pine forests which extend down to the sea.

The large open-plan space of 100sqm, consists of a living room-kitchen area, 2 queen size beds (160*200cms) and 2 bathrooms.

The open plan living area/kitchen/dining area features:
* a large seating area with comfortable sofas, a flat 42’’ screen smart TV, an air-conditioning unit.
* A fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, plenty of cupboard space, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.
* A 4-seater dining table in the kitchen and a 6-seater dining table in the living room area

There are 2 queen size beds (160*200cms) in the open-plan space, with wardrobes.
One of the beds is semi-divided from the rest of the space and the other bed can be separated by the open space by a portable divider.

The suite has 2 bathrooms, one features a bathtub, the other a shower.

There is a private washing machine for our guests’ convenience.

Free unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

There is 1 air-conditioning unit installed in the suite, which cools the entire open-plan space.

Insect screens are installed on all windows and doors.

The suite has access to its own private tiled veranda featuring a 4-seater outdoor dining table to sit, relax and soak in the serene ambiance surrounded by lush greenery.

Private parking is available on site.

The apartment’s location is advantageous, as it offers peace and quiet, with close proximity to all amenities. The beach is 700m away, while the distance to shops, supermarket, cafes are a short 10-15’ drive.

Guest access

A member of the team will meet and greet the guest upon arrival at the premises, hand over the keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay.

We are implementing upgraded cleaning and disinfection procedures following every check-out, while all linen and towels are professionally laundered at high temperatures. The well-being, health and safety of our employees and guests remain our highest priority.

The area

The suite-apartment is located in an area of exquisite beauty, surrounded by pine forest trees and olive groves.

There are beautiful, sandy beaches with crystal clear blue waters in close proximity.

The beach of Lagomandra (700m) is just 2’ drive or 15′ walk, the beaches of Akti Kalogrias, Akti Koviou and Agios Ioannis are just 8-10’ drive.

There is a well stocked mini-market at Lagomandra hotel, just 1km from the villa (2’drive)

All further amenities including supermarkets, bakeries, shops, can be found in Marmaras (10’ drive) or Nikiti (15’ drive).

The closest medical centre is located at Nikiti.

The international airport is 1hr and 20’ drive.
