The apartment sleeps up to 3 guests and is located in a quiet residential street in Ano Poli, a charming traditional district part of the old town. Tastefully designed and decorated, the apartment oozes elegance and style.

The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with balcony and outdoor furniture to enjoy the colourful view, living room with 1 sofa bed and TV, fully equipment kitchen to enjoy a delicious meal, renovated bathroom and 2-seater dining table.

The apartment is an ideal choice for a small family wishing to explore the local history but still be close to the city centre, or a couple on a romantic getaway.

The stylish bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed and large wardrobe.

The living room features a sofa/bed to accommodate an extra guest. A dining table with 2 chairs completes the setting and AC unit.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features an electric oven with cooktop, refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), toaster, kettle, kitchenware and crockery for easy preparation of meals.

There is 1 AC unit in the living room, which cools the whole apartment sufficiently.

The bathroom has a large bathtub and a washing machine for our guests’ convenience.

Free, unlimited WIFI internet is provided.

Guests can relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture and enjoy a morning coffee in the shade or dinner overlooking the city.

There is natural gas heating  and underfloor heating in the apartment and therefore hot water available in the kitchen and bathroom all day. You can select and set the desired temperature for the apartment on the thermostat which is located in the living room under the electrical panel.

Unfortunately pets are not accepted, smoking and parties are strictly not allowed.

A self check-in procedure is in place, whereby the keys are collected from a lockbox at the building entrance.
